空間主理人Christian Chambenoit是位法國藝術家。愛貓、愛家、愛昆蟲；專精繪畫、攝影、慢生活；信仰品質、公平、愛地球；反感虛偽、商業化及塑膠製品。

在竈，我們為你預備的是優質、零污染、90%來自法國匠人匠心的食材和藝術作品，幾乎全都出自精工細作、靠風靠水靠時間運化的小農之手，其中不乏市面上罕見的優質產品。

This is a selection shop that integrates craftsmanship, spices and daily necessities.

Our lives are increasingly inseparable from digital technology, so much so that the dopamine kingdom is filled with the anxiety of catching up, wrestling and competing. We want to restore life to its original appearance by removing all excesses, leaving only the original flavor that is kind to the five senses.

The space manager, Christian Chambenoit, is a French artist who loves cats, family, and insects. He specializes in painting, photography, and slow life. He believes in quality, fairness, and passion for preserving the earth.  He has difficulties with hypocrisy, over-commercialization and plastic bags.

At La Manufacture Zao, we prepare for you only the high-quality, zero-pollution products and works of art~90% of which come from French craftsmen. Almost all of them are made by small artisans who rely on the sun, wind, water and time.  Some of them are rarely found on the market here.
